Below you’ll find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions. We are constantly adding frequently asked question to page.

Lunch and dinner service begins one hour before the show. We suggest arriving between 12:45 and 1:00 for the 2:00 show or 5:45 and 6:00 for the 7:00 show. Once you are done eating, there will be a short break before the show starts.

Our dinner and show experience is generally 2 hours and 30 minutes which includes dinner service, a short preshow during dinner and the show

Adult tickets are for ages 12 and up.

Children’s tickets are available for children ages 3-11.

Children ages 2 and under are free, BUT THEY DO REQUIRE A TICKET. Every person in the theater is required to have a seat and a ticket.

Please call our box office at 608-432-7469 so we can use your voucher to assign you specific seats. The sooner you call, the better seats you will receive. Please have ready the voucher ID number and date and showtime you wish to attend.

The biggest tables we have seat 6 people comfortably. If you have a party larger than six people, you will need to get a second table next to your table. To keep aisles clear and open for servers and guests, we are unable to allow guests to push tables together to make larger tables.

Your table is reserved especially for you and your party.  There will be no one else seated with you.

Yes, for Guests who prefer these types of meals, we offer a plant-based hearty spaghetti. If you would like this option, please inform your server when they first come to your table.

Additionally for the Gluten Free meal the soup can be substituted for mandarin oranges and dessert substituted for either vanilla ice cream or sherbet.

Yes, we offer Assisted Listening Devices, however they are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please let the Box Office personnel know that you need one when you arrive at the theater and one will be loaned to you during the show.

Handicapped accessible seating is offered in Rows A through E as all seats are on one flat surface.  If you prefer seating farther back, we do have an elevator that will take you to Row L.  Any of the tables on Row L are also handicapped accessible.

When you order your tickets either online or over the phone, you will provide your Email address. Tickets will be Emailed to you (check your spam folder) and you will show your E-Tickets to our ushers.

Yes!  Our theater is open 9:00am to 9:00pm on the days we have shows (Tuesday through Sunday) and 9:00am to 5:00pm on Monday.

We recommend buying tickets online as the price is the same as at the Box Office.  You may also call the theater at (608) 432-7469.

Yes! Santa is in the performance so everyone can enjoy him. Additionally, if you’d like to meet him and have a personal photo, Santa is available in the lobby before the show where you can participate in a photo opportunity.

We have a limited supply of highchairs and booster seats available that are distributed on a first come first serve basis.

To keep aisles clear and open for servers and guests, we are unable to allow strollers into the dinning room / auditorium part of the theater. Guests who need to bring a stroller can leave it in the lobby.

Yes! We encourage taking as many photos as you like to share with your family and friends. However, since the show content is copywritten, video recording is not allowed.

Yes! We have plenty of free parking close to the entrances on all four sides of the theater. Handicap accessible parking and an automatic opening handicap door is located on the side closest to Miller Drive.
