Below you’ll find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions. We are constantly adding frequently asked question to page.

Doors open an hour and a half before the show. For shows that include dinner, lunch and dinner service begins one hour and fifteen minutes before the show. 

For shows that do not include dinner, arriving 30 minutes to 1 hour before showtime is plenty of time to get settled and enjoy the experience.

Our dinner and show experience is generally 2 hours and 30 minutes which includes dinner service and the show.

Adult tickets are for ages 10 and up.

Children’s tickets are available for children ages 3-9.

Children ages 2 and under can attend for free, but they still require a seat. Please make sure to get them a ticket—don’t worry, the good news is that it’s Free!

Every person in the theater is required to have a seat and a ticket.

Please call our box office at 608-432-7469 so we can use your voucher to assign you specific seats. The sooner you call, the better seats you will receive. Please have ready the voucher ID number and date and showtime you wish to attend.

It depends on the experience you choose. If you select a Value ticket, you may be seated with other guests. However, if you choose a Premium or VIP ticket, you are guaranteed your own private table.

Our largest tables comfortably seat up to six guests. If your party is larger than six, you will need to purchase additional seats at tables near your group. To keep aisles clear and ensure a smooth dining experience, we are unable to push tables together or rearrange seating. If you need assistance with seating arrangements, please call the box office at (608) 432-7469. We would be happy to assist you!

Do you have a Vegetarian and Gluten Free Meal Options Available?

Yes, for Guests who prefer these types of meals, we offer a plant-based hearty lasagna. If you would like this option, please inform your server when they first come to your table.

Additionally for the Gluten Free meal the soup can be substituted for mandarin oranges and dessert will be substituted as well.

Yes, we offer Assisted Listening Devices, however they are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please let the Box Office personnel know that you need one when you arrive at the theater and one will be loaned to you during the show.

We offer handicap-accessible seating in designated areas of the theater. If you or someone in your party requires accessible seating, please let us know when booking your tickets so we can accommodate your needs. Please call the box office at (608) 432-7469 should you need assistance.

When you order your tickets , you will provide your Email address. Tickets will then be Emailed to you (check your spam folder) and you will show your E-Tickets to our ushers. Please call (608) 432-7469 for any further assistance.

Yes! Our theater box office is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on show days and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on dark days. Hours are subject to change.

While you’re welcome to purchase tickets in person, we recommend buying online, as ticket prices are the same as at the box office. You can also call us at (608) 432-7469 for assistance.

All ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. However, in order to make buying a ticket as safe and easy as possible, we do allow exchanges up to 48 hours in advance of the performance.  To request an exchange, please contact the box office at (608) 432-7469 before this deadline. Exchanges cannot be made on the day of the show unless due to extreme weather.

In cases of extreme weather, exchanges may be available anytime prior to the performance. If we cancel a show for any reason, guests will be offered a refund or exchange. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to the show!

No, gratuity is not included in your ticket price. Our servers strive to provide a First-Class Dining Experience, and just like any restaurant, the tip is not included. We generally recommend leaving a minimum of $7 per person as a proper gratuity.

We also highly recommend giving the gratuity directly to your server—this allows them to personally thank you for your generosity and ensures they receive the full amount. Yes, cash is accepted for gratuity.

We have a limited supply of highchairs and booster seats available that are distributed on a first come first serve basis.

To keep aisles clear and open for servers and guests, we are unable to allow strollers into the dinning room / auditorium part of the theater. Guests who need to bring a stroller can leave it in the lobby.

Yes! We encourage you to take as many photos as you’d like to share with family and friends. However, due to copyright restrictions, video recording is not allowed. We’d love to see your photos—please tag us on social media when you share them!

We offer Value, Premium, and VIP ticket options to accommodate different preferences and budgets. The specifics of each option, including seating and perks, will be shown when you purchase tickets. This system allows guests to choose the experience that best suits their needs.

There is no strict dress code—come as you are! Most guests dress casually, but you’re welcome to dress up for a special occasion.

No, outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Yes! We have a full bar featuring specialty drinks unique to our theater. Enjoy a handcrafted cocktail, a refreshing mocktail, or any of your favorite mixed drinks. We also offer a full selection of beers and wines, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Cheers!
